We are a traditional Italian pizzeria and cocktail bar in Halifax.

Our pizza is made in the traditional Italian way in our traditional Italian brick oven. Our pizzaiolo makes sure the dough is rested for a minimum of 72 hours, making the pizza easy to digest with a delectably crispy texture.

The bar at Knead is our little secret. Our drinks focus on the Italian Aperitivo tradition, where low-key drinks and snacks are enjoyed with friends in the early evening, to transition from a busy working day to a relaxed pace of life.
